Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where the selected delivery service offers tracking.

Railroom is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
